01-04-09 - No Mr Red I expect you to die!!

I couldnt get out of bed today.....dont ask me why but it took me about 4 hours from waking up to actually clamber out of bed. This reminded me of james bond's frequent predicament....(no not being in bed with a sexy woman. sadly) being trapped on a laser bed. Inspirational times!
